Room - the bed was very comfortable. The views from our room were amazing. Ample space in the wardrobe to hang clothes and the drawers and a shoe rack in the cupboard were an added bonus. The bathroom was well appointed, and the complimentary toiletries were of a high standard (usual products + hairbrush and razor kit). The room was spacious enough to have a dining area. The daily complimentary mini bar was much appreciated. Breakfast - the choices were incredible. I would say as many choices as on a cruise ship. Location - the hotel is conveniently attached to Terminal 21 shopping centre via an internal link (Fashion, Chain Stores, Massage, Nails, Dining, a supermarket and much more). The hotel is also attached to Asok Railway station. Staff - all staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The staff were dressed impeccably. Foyer - a large lounge area is available to sit in whilst waiting for taxis, etc. and it has complimentary tea/coffee and juice/water available. On check out, guests are able to leave their luggage with the Concierge until departure.

This hotel is absolutely outstanding. Possibly the best we have ever stayed in? The staff are wonderful, going above and beyond to meet every need. We thought we had lost our daughter's watch; unprompted by us they trawled back through CCTV since our check in to determine the time frame when it had been lost. We never needed to provide our room number to anyone (eg when arriving for breakfast) because the staff appeared to know who all the guests were - how they did this given the size of the hotel I have no idea. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are exceptional. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with new options each day. One of the best aspects for people travelling, is that you can use the pool and showers before you check in (if you arrive early like we did) and then again after you check out (which is wonderful if you have a late flight out of Bangkok and want to freshen up before going to the airport). Honestly, we can't say enough good things about this hotel!

The property is clean & beautiful and very well located. I have stayed here repeatedly and might book in the future. I like the environment of the hotel, good atmosphere for a family stay. Feels safe as well. The BTS station is connected to the hotel which makes transportation around Bangkok easy. Terminal 21 shopping mall is also connected from the lobby. Good amenities and the view from the rooms are very nice. Staff at the concierge and bell desk are very friendly and helpful. I booked the limo service to the airport, which is a good option to consider for a car ride to the airport.

This hotel is as close to perfect as I could hope for. I stayed here for 6 nights in the grand suite. I loved the breakfast; the amazing room view from my high floor; the room was cleaned early, usually while I was at breakfast. The snacks and drinks were replaced daily all complimentary. The staff were always very helpful and polite. The waiting area in the lobby is spacious and comfortable with free hot and cold drinks. Convenient location to trains and terminal 21. I think this might be the best hotel in Bangkok.

Booking com Hotel Our 2nd stay of 5 days each within a year was again top! - Top location, right next to MRT and SkyTrain. Everything you need is available in the shopping center and in the well-stocked supermarket - Comfortable beds - Very clean overall - Very friendly and helpful staff, every wish was fulfilled immediately - Excellent breakfast, well organized by the restaurant manager, Mrs. JK. Every morning we got our deliciously prepared vegetables (allergy sufferers) CONCLUSION: an all-round successful stay.
